Failed generations
When a generation fails on our side, its credits are automatically refunded to your balance — no action needed.
One-time packs
There are no subscriptions — every pack is a single payment. Unused one-time packs can be refunded within 14 days of purchase; partially used packs are refunded pro-rata for unused credits.
Credits never expire
Pack credits do not expire, so a refund is only needed if you want money back — not to rescue a balance.
